The Bolo237 application is published by Samuel DJOMMOU THENGHO, an independent developer operating under the DTSfuture commercial brand and product studio. This Privacy Policy describes how Bolo237 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use the platform.

Samuel DJOMMOU THENGHO acts as the data controller for all personal data processed through the Bolo237 platform.

Registration data:

Profile data:

• ✓CV, photo, skills, professional experience
• ✓Description of services offered (for artisans)

KYC data (Identity Shield):

• ✓Identity document (national ID card or passport) submitted for identity verification

Browsing data:

• ✓IP address, browser type, pages visited
• ✓Cookies and similar tracking technologies

Geolocation data:

• ✓City and neighborhood (entered manually by the user, no automatic GPS tracking)

3Purpose of Processing

• ✓Matching candidates, employers, and artisans on the platform
• ✓Managing user accounts and profiles
• ✓Identity verification (KYC / Identity Shield)
• ✓Platform improvement and anonymized statistics
• ✓Communication with users (notifications, support)
• ✓Fraud prevention and platform security

4Legal Basis

The processing of your personal data is based on the following legal grounds, in accordance with Article 6 of Law No. 2024/017:

• ✓Public profiles – Profile information you publish is visible to other users of the platform according to their role (employer, candidate, artisan).
• ✓Technical subcontractors – Vercel (hosting), SMS sending services (OTP verification). These providers process data solely on our behalf and under our instructions.
• ✓Transfers outside Cameroon – Data is hosted on Vercel servers (USA/Europe). Adequate protection guarantees are in place in compliance with applicable regulations.

Bolo237 implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure:
